Instructions for Authors

We accept submissions by email, on disk, or on paper by postal services.

Manuscripts by Disk or Email

Submissions on CD-R, 3.5 inch floppy or by email are preferred. Disks should be DOS formatted, and files should be in Word, plain text, or RTF format. Authors are encouraged to use NIUSR Style Guidelines for all formatting. Images should be emailed or sent on a disk in JPEG format, must not exceed a file size of 100K each, and must be included in the body of the paper.

General Preparation of Manuscripts

All submitted papers should (ideally) use theNIUSR Style Guidelines and should include the following items :

1.	Cover Page with
	• title of paper;
	• the first name(s) and surname of each author;
	• his/her highest academic degree(s);
	• the institutional, organizational, or corporational affiliation;
	• contact information for primary author of the paper (address, phone, fax, email).
2.	Abstract (no more than 150 words) with a list of 5 key words.
3.	Table of Contents (with List of Figures if necessary).
4.	Body of Paper.
5.	List of References.

All paper manuscripts must be written in standard grammatical English.
