Abstract:

TOPOFF 4, scheduled to take place October 15-24 at several venues in Arizona and Oregon, is designed to strengthen the nation's capacity to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from terrorist attacks involving weapons of mass destruction (WMDs).
